About the Venue

Authentic New Orleans awaits you at InterContinental New Orleans. This landmark hotel puts you front row to the Big Easy. Taxicabs
There is a cab stand right outside of the airport on level 1. Fares are $36 each way for one or two people. Three people or more are $14 each. There is a $1 per bag fee. This fare is good from the airport to anywhere in the city of New Orleans. It’s regulated by the city but is subject to change.

For those traveling with children who need car seats or booster seats, KreweCar is a family-friendly rideshare app that allows you to book safe rides in advance with professional drivers who are screened and background-checked. Download their app and book in advance to ensure availability.

Uber/Lyft
You can also easily order an Uber or Lyft when you land at the New Orleans airport, and they’ll get you to your destination in no time! Located on level 1, there is a designated spot for rideshare pick-ups. It is conveniently outside of baggage claim, so grab your suitcase and meet your driver. Trips to and from the airport with start and end locations in Orleans Parish are a minimum of $36.

There will be no "day of" registration available at the door for the Annual Convention and Exhibitor Showcase. Registration will close at 11:59 PM (PST) on September 30, no registrations will be accepted beyond this date.

Student passes are for individuals currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program or electrolysis school.

Your contact information will be used solely for this purpose and will be removed from the SMS service immediately following the conclusion of the convention. You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the first SMS notification. Standard messaging rates may apply.

* Total CEUs Earned will vary depending on attendance at lectures. Attendees are required to scan their ID badge, and be physically present in the lecture hall for the duration of the lecture to accumulate CEUs. An absence of > 10 minutes per lecture hour will result in the deduction of 0.1 CEU per lecture hour.
